Collin McKenzie

Collin McKenzie is currently a senior attending Central Washington University in the Mechanical Engineering Technology department. Collin anticipates to graduate from Central in the Spring of June 2020 and wants to pursue aerospace related careers after receiving his diploma. He is a native of Camano Island, Washington with one sibling studying towards his Doctorate in Kinesiology at Eastern Washington University. Collin accredits his work ethic, motivation, and passion to his parents, David and Charlene McKenzie.

Collin and his Senior Project partner, Carlton McDonald are building a Mini RC Baja Car to compete in the ASME Competition in the spring of 2020. Carlton McDonald is responsible for the drive-train and steering portion of the project while Collin McKenzie is in charge of the chassis and suspension components.
